What is my virtual wallet?
Your virtual wallet is where we deposit your earnings. It stores the money you won (and purchased) on Spymac until you decide you are ready to request a check and cash-out. Money in your virtual wallet can be used throughout the site to buy gifts for others and to upgrade your account.
Can I add money to my virtual wallet with my credit card?
Yes! You can purchase packages which include money for your virtual wallet, gifts, and special upgrades. Some upgrades are only available to members who choose to buy these packages!
Money added to your virtual wallet via credit card cannot be withdrawn in the future — it can only be used for Spymac gifts and upgrades. You can only request a check for money you won on Spymac!
Why can I only withdraw if I have $25 bucks?
We have a lot of members and we can’t afford to be cutting checks for a few dollars. In fact, because we have to physically send out checks and pay for shipping, there’s a $5 fee to withdraw your money to help cover our costs (even though sending checks internationally usually costs us more than that!). If you withdraw more than $50 though, we’ll pay the costs for you and withdrawing is free.
